"Horizon of Possibilities - Info Days at UDG"
At the University of Donja Gorica, the event "Horizon of Possibilities - Info Days at UDG" was successfully held on April 12 and 13, which had more than 1,000 visitors. The dominant visitors were high school students, their parents, but also the wider social and professional public.
The atmosphere was extremely positive and marked by discussions, conversations, ideas and initiatives. Professors, associates, researchers and students were part of the host teams at UDG, which made every effort to make every visitor feel welcome. Visitors had the opportunity to see a certain number of modern laboratories (used at UDG, such as the 3D laboratory, the Laboratory for food technology, food safety and ecology, the Entrepreneurial Nest, supercomputing, drone piloting, virtual reality, etc.) as well as a special set modern technologies and their application in higher education, experiments, but also to discuss some future forms of cooperation, trends in education, professions, knowledge and skills.
What sparked a great interest was the twenty-year strategic cooperation with Arizona State University (ASU), innovations in education that are currently being introduced at UDG, the first opportunities for study stays at ASU that will be realized this summer, cooperation with European universities, double diplomas, teaching in English, as well as student initiatives and projects.
