Conference Day 1: “Why and how do we need to act differently in today's world?”
We are delighted to invite you to a truly inspiring and impactful event that promises a full day of thought leadership, global perspectives, and meaningful connections. The day will begin with an official welcome by Prof. Ramon O’Callaghan, President of GISMA (Germany), and Prof. Iryna Tykhomyrova, President of BMDA and MIM Kiev (Ukraine), setting the tone for what’s to come. Prof. Dipak C. Jain, a renowned academic leader and former President of Kellogg Business School, will offer a powerful opening address on how we must act in an ever-changing world. This will be followed by an eye-opening keynote on “Why Conscious Capitalism?” from Mr. Konstantin Mudrack, co-founder of Conscious Capitalism in Spain and a seasoned executive from Hewlett Packard. After a refreshing coffee break, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas will delve into the kind of leadership organizations need today to thrive. The conversation continues over lunch and leads into a dynamic international panel on how business schools can champion Conscious Capitalism, featuring prominent voices from AMBA & BGA, EFMD, AACSB and CEEMAN. In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a guided walk to the Bundestag, where attendees will be welcomed by a member of Parliament—an exclusive experience not to be missed. The day will culminate in a festive Gala Dinner, offering the perfect setting to connect, reflect, and celebrate a day of rich dialogue and forward-thinking ideas.
Conference Day 2: Bridging Past, Present, and Future (May 23, 2025 – Berlin)

The first, led by Mr. Konstantin Mudrack, will explore how universities and business schools can effectively teach Conscious Capitalism, featuring powerful insights from thought leaders like Prof. Dr. Peter Konhäusner and Dr. Rolf Alter. Following a brief coffee break, we’ll dive into the second panel, where Prof. Monika Petraite and a distinguished group of international experts will tackle the critical question: how can we measure the real impact of Conscious Capitalism in business today? The conversation continues after lunch with a high-impact, interactive workshop led by Prof. Oksana Lentjusehnkova. Participants will gain hands-on experience with the innovative "Network IQ Index"—a breakthrough tool designed to elevate professional networking as a key driver of personal and organizational success.
