Adizes Graduate School expands cooperation with Baikal International Business School
Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA), Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, delivered a training for two large groups of CEOs and Owners of Regional businesses at Baikal International Business School, Irkutsk State University. The training took place on 2nd-4th October, 2015 in Irkutsk, Russia.
The Dean of Adizes Graduate School, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, delivered a one-day Executive training program “How to Manage Change within the Organization?” for the group of 30 second year Executive MBA students and Executives on October 2nd. He continued a two-day training program for the 35 newly admitted people from Executive MBA program as well as for representatives of biggest Russian bank –Sberbank. The topic was “The Basics of Adizes Theory and Practice for Managing Change within the Organization” and took place on October 3rd – 4th.
During the training a new concept of management, based on mutual trust and respect within organization, have been presented and analyzed. The participants shared their challenges in running business in fast changing environment. Participants of both groups enjoyed practical application of Adizes methodology and all agreed on the high benefits they received during those few days of interactive training both in form of better understanding how to make and implement decisions as well as in knowledge how to build the necessary culture within their organizations.
