The award seeks to promote dialogue between East and West management researchers as well as excellence and innovativeness in management research. The Award-winning entry will receive a cash prize of €1,500 (or currency equivalent), a certificate and the prospect of an offer of publication - either as a full paper or an executive summary – in the Baltic Journal of Management at the discretion of the Editor(s).

Global submissions are encouraged. The closing date for receipt of applications is 15th December 2011.
