Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) invites Companies to "Change Management Integrators" trainings

FOR LITHUANIAN VERSION OF "CHANGE MANAGEMENT INTEGRATORS" TRAININGS INVITATION, PRESS HERE.

An opportunity to receive the European Union sponsorship is provided by Ministry of Social Security and Labour. Invitation is for applications according to the ‘Human Resources Development in the Companies’ program, which is dedicated to improve qualification of Companies employees and managers, also to increase employees abilities to adapt to the changing environment of labour market.

BMDA is planning to provide trainings using worldwide well known Adizes methodology.

The length of trainings is planned to be 8 days.

The trainings are focused to:

·         Companies managers of various levels;

·         Personnel specialists;

·         Various functional departments managers;

·         Management consultants.

The purpose of these trainings is to prepare an effective teamwork specialist with a unique competence and skills, who understands and is able to manage changes in the organization and organize tasks of different workgroups in order to make a right decision.

At the end of the trainings participants will receive ‘Change Management Integrator’ certificate issued by Baltic Management Development Association and Certificate of Attendance from Adizes Institute for West Europe and Baltic Countries for each part of the trainings.
