BMDA member MCI Management Center Innsbruck receives BMDA significant impact award
BMDA Significant award has been given for integrating sustainability principles across MCI operations and academic programs and receiving recognition with the award of a UNESCO Chair for Futures Capability for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
As representative of MCI says "We are honoured to receive the BMDA Significant Impact Award in recognition of our efforts to integrate sustainability in our study programs and our operations, and for being awarded the UNESCO Chair in Futures Capability for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. At MCI, we have worked hard to develop and implement strategies that help us systemically integrate responsibility and sustainability in our study programs in business & society and life science & technology, in our operations, and outreach activities, and we continue to support the SDGs with a range of research projects. The UNESCO Chair in Futures Capability for Entrepreneurship & Innovation in particular is focussed on developing futures capabilities for a more sustainable, resilient and socially equitable world through entrepreneurship and innovation. This is a cross-institution effort that involves many motivated and committed people at MCI and beyond, including our partners in various national and international networks such as BMDA.
We are grateful to the BMDA Board for recognising our work. The receipt of this award will motivates us further to continue our commitment to sustainable development and responsible management, and we invite others in the BMDA network to collaborate with us in supporting the UN Agenda 2030.”
