BMDA President at Eduniversal World Convention
On October 18, 2018 President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas led the Panel session at Eduniversal World Convention in Dubrovnik (Croatia), on the topic “How to assure continuous innovations & change within Business schools (transformation & nurturing of Business Scholl’s organizational culture)?“.
During this session Dr. V. Kundrotas presented the main ideas in transforming the culture within organization and demonstrated, how it could be applied in Business School’s context.
He later also leaded the parallel group session “What leadership skills are needed for the Dean to create the culture within Business School, which enables innovations and continuous changes?”
