BMDA President at EURAM 2011
BMDA President, dr. Virginijus Kundrotas presented activities of Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) during the President’s Internal roundtable and Panel session “ Regional Academies Beyond Europe” during the EURAM 2011 Annual conference on June 2, 2011 in Tallinn.
Together with other Presidents and representatives of various management development associations operating not only in Europe , but also beyond, he was exploring an opportunities of closer collaboration in development management research activities.
During the panel and roundtable discussion the following associations has been taken part: Italian Academy of Management, French Academy of Management, Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, Central and East European Management Development Association, European Academy of Management, The Academy of Business in Society, International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management, International Family Enterprise Research Academy, European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, German Academic Association for Business Research, European Group of Organization Studies, Academy of Management.
BMDA currently unites 61 institutional, corporate and individual members from 20 countries. More than 8 % of them are situated outside Europe (USA, Malaysia, Russia, Republic of Kazakhstan, Georgia)
