BMDA WELCOMES NEW MEMBER

Graduate School of Corporate Management (GSCM) is the Faculty of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).

RANEPA is the largest socioeconomic and humanities University in Russia which occupies the top positions in the national university rankings. RANEPA holds to the lifelong learning philosophy and offers all the range of undergraduate and graduate educational programs. The programs are designed to meet the needs of public executives, entrepreneurs, top-managers, financiers, and lawyers. The Academy is not only the educational institution, but also the well-known research and consulting center in Russia.

The total number of university students, including regional campuses, constitutes more than 207 thousand, with over than 35 thousand full-time students.

Graduate School of Corporate Management (GSCM), the Faculty of RANEPA, was set up in 2001 as a result of reorganization of the International Education and Consultancy Centre “Euro-Management”, created in 1994. Nowadays the Graduate School of Corporate Management is one of the largest departments of RANEPA in terms of the number of students studying at the MBA programs.

GSCM realizes the educational, research, consulting and other activities in accordance with the Charter of the Academy and the Statute of the Faculty. GSCM independently forms the program portfolio and offers to its potential customers all the main types of the modern business education programs. The School manages independently its revenues and expenses.

Since 1999 the Graduate School of Corporate Management has been realizing the MBA program. Nowadays GSCM has the full range of educational programs, which corresponds to the lifelong learning strategy: from the Bachelor degree to the highest academic degree in business – Doctor of Business Administration. In 2002 GSCM started the DBA program, which was the first program of this kind in Russia and remains the unique one at the Russian business education market. MBA, EMBA and DBA programs have the accreditation of AMBA, ECBE and ACBSP Associations.

Over 4000 business owners, top managers and specialists from different industries as well as the representatives of public administration have graduated from the executive programs run by the School. Among them there are representatives of many Russian regions, as well as the citizens of the neighbor Republics: Kazakhstan, Armenia, etc.

GSCM’s Alumni Association was created in 2004 and conducts the active work on a regular basis, supporting the status of GSCM, caring about the alumni’s career development and strengthening the links to the world of business.
