Baltic Management Development Association welcomes International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv) on becoming our new institutional member.

International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv) is Ukraine’s and former Soviet Union first business school. It was created on a bold initiative in 1989 as a joint venture of IMI Geneva and Institute for Economics at the Academy of Science of Ukraine, nearly two years before the Soviet Union disintegrated and Ukraine became an independent country state. Since that time MIM-Kyiv has been an ultimate leader of Ukrainian business education. MIM-Kyiv’s prominent status is confirmed by Eduniversal’s Rankings. Ukraine was rated the premier business school for the third time and its MBA program was recognized #1 nationwide.

MIM-Kyiv was the first in Ukraine to offer the MBA program in 1990. Today, more than 2000 graduates of MBA programmes and 2500 participants of other programs work on a variety of key positions with the entities and organizations operating in various industries both at the local and international levels.

Nowadays MIM-Kyiv delivers a variety of postgraduate business education programmes. Its portfolio consists of degree and non-degree (certificate) programs. Degree programs include MBA for middle and higher level managers seeking strategic roles in their careers and Senior Executive MBA for chief executives and entrepreneurs striving to enhance sustainability and competitiveness of their careers entities, and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program for high profile business people who are ready to share their acquired knowledge in the form of research, consultancy and teaching. Certificate programmes are represented by the functional Programs for Management Development (PMD) family catering for mid-level management. MIM-Kyiv also offers in-company programs (both graduate and executive). Ukraine’s business community views MIM-Kyiv as a reliable partner for consulting and in-company HR development.
