During the 12th Annual BMDA Conference, Dr. Maritana Sedysheva will give a presentation "How to bring innovation into a conservative market?" All the time, humans are afraid of something new: many people have some degree of discomfort with certain technological advances that are unfamiliar. Looking back at the history, that was a fear of technology to the Industrial Revolution, and there was a good reason for anxiety to be expressed during this time. The primary aim of this presentation is to provide solutions on how to transfer ideas from one area to be used in another or in combination with different concepts. The background for the presentation is a real case and a short review of a new software for the restaurant industry.
