Mr. Greg Mathers will provide the participants the business solution on the topic “How Company Founders  successfully delegate  the Authority to their Management Team”. Many leaders of small and medium sized companies are the heart and soul of their companies. However, they often end up feeling trapped in a company they built to success but which won't survive without their constant direction driving it to further success. How can a leader build a strong management team capable of sound decision making and running the company on its own? How does a leader pass on her vision and empower people to fulfill it when she no longer wants to be involved in daily operations? Greg has more than 15 years experience in corporate consulting and training with companies such NP Foods, Deloitte, Accenture, Johnson & Johnson, SEB, and Estonian Telephone. He got his start in international management 20 years ago with the founding of the first of 4 companies. He is now involved in his 5th start-up. He holds an MBA degree and has been trained at the Adizes Graduate School and Harvard Business School.
