International Competence Development Program is Over

BMDA has implemented the fourth International Competence Development program module “How to Organize International Research Conference" on the 8 th of April.

The fourth module was the last one of BMDA organized International Research Conference that goal was to develop and to enhance competences and skills of researchers and academics in writing and using a case method, preparing a good international research publication, integrating research outcomes into teaching process and organizing international scientific and educational events.

This Competence development training was presented by ISM lecturers Birute Rublyte ir Rasa Stasiukynaite.

Training "How to Organize International Research Conference" was organized for 30 lecturers and researchers. The most active researchers represented Kaunas Technology University Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and Business Strategy Institute. We also had participants from Alytus College Institution of Higher Education, International Academy of Business, International Business School at Vilnius University, International School of Law and Business, Kolping College, Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education, Mykolas Romeris University, Siauliai College, Vytautas Magnus University, College of Social Science also individual BMDA members took part in this training.

Participants got acquainted with all the process of Research event organization, analyzed the success factors and the differences between organizing research conference and the other events. Participants discussed about main principles of professional event organizing and customer service. Training participants increased their competences in management of conference preparation tasks, attracting participants attention, managing crisis situations and much more…

All BMDA team expresses thanks for all participants of International Competence Development and is looking forward to meeting them in other BMDA activities.
