Join a unique Adizes transformation online live course

As for our valuable BMDA member, on behalf of Adizes Graduate School – AGS (USA) and Adizes Institute (USA, California), who also are BMDA members, we would like to introduce you to a unique international project that will take place for the first time and will start this summer.
 
AGS is a small, but very well known, educational center,  which always have been specializing in teaching and research in the field of Change management, using the holistic approach, called Adizes Organizational transformation theory and practice, created and developed by Dr. Ichak Adizes.

During those years AGS created a lot of educational alliances with Business schools around the world, where either professors and trainers, or their own trained faculty were teaching this holistic Change management approach, which is extremely well accepted by various groups of students, first off all, business executives.
 
In order to increase educating faculty members from various areas in this holistic systemic approach, as well as to educate first time comers from Business, Dr. Ichak Adizes created a unique project together with Adizes Institute – live and online Master Class, which will be offered only once.
 
Whole course will consist of 4 seminars (covering whole area of Change management) of 17 sessions each and will be spread through 2020 and 2021. The Master class will be presented live by Dr. Ichak Adizes personally.
 
The First course – Leadership Roles and Styles - will consists of 17 sessions of 2 hours of lecture and live Q&A every Thursday, delivered by Dr. Adizes live starting from July 16, 2020. Every session will be followed by the study time, coordinated by Adizes specialists, in order to learn in-depth various aspects of topics.
 
The topics, covered  of the first Course in LEADERSHIP will contain:
The future of leadership;
How to apply Adizes concepts in your company and in your personal life;
How to identify leadership styles of people and how to work with it;
What are the sources of conflicts in a company due to styles and what to do about it;
What are the sources for miscommunication because of different styles;
How to understand people whose style is different than yours to avoid conflict;
How to be the most effective in decision making process.
Etc.
 
Dr. Adizes is going to cover the Adizes Methodology in very deep detail. There will be included discussions of theory and application. Learning participants will have course exercises for self reflection, case studies, quizzes, book chapter reading assignments, and video lessons to review and study between sessions. We will ensure access to the moderated Adizes Learning Community Chat forums where ideas, questions, and experiences are exchanged and shared.

The course will be presented in English and also synchronously translated to Russian, Spanish and Chinese. Sessions will be recorded and available for reference. Those that join the course late may still view videos they missed so they can regularize with the rest of the course.
 
At the end of the course participants will get Certificate of Attendance from Adizes Institute Worldwide (USA).
 
You and/or Your University colleagues can enroll in the standard course from Adizes Institute for a self paced course, or enroll in the much stringent Adizes Graduate School modality where progress will be tracked, more materials will be studied, graded tests will apply and a further cooperation options will be discussed.
 
The first course, as already mentioned, starts on the 16th of July, 2020.
 
Price of the course - 1,000 USD (Participants will be allowed to cancel anytime and get refunded proportionally)
Important notice: those in full time education positions like university professors, high-school teachers and students can apply to a fellowship of up to 80%.
