Large Conference on Adizes Methodology in Kiev
On October 25th, 2017, President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, spoke at the 4th International Adizes Methodology conference, in Kiev, Ukraine. It is one of the biggest conferences in Ukraine, where the Adizes Methodology was presented and discussed in various aspects of it‘s application.
Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas was one of 25 speakers from 8 different countries. He made 3 presentations, dedicated to 3 different customers groups – Owners of businesses, HR managers and Management of the companies. The topics explored were: „How financial and managerial responsibility using Adizes methodology encourage employees to create value for the organization“, „How to understand yourself better, using the Adizes methodology“ and „Why do employees of the organization resist change and how to change it?“.
There were more than 350 participants, who came to Kiev and participated on ground. Also the possibility was created to attend the conference online.
