REPRESENTATIVE OF VOLKSWAGEN AT THE 10TH BMDA CONFERENCE
The topic “How Manage Paradigm Shift at Corporations” will be delivered by the Board Member Human Recourses, Volkswagen Slovakia Mr. Wilfried von Rath.
Mr. Wilfried von Rath’s presentation is planned on May 10th. It will set up the ground for the further discussions on the winning strategies of corporations that helped to survive during this tough economic situation and reveal the opportunities to use the outcomes from these lessons in the future development.
Short information about Mr. Wilfried von Rath.
Wilfried von Rath started his career as freelance Consultant and Management trainer in EU funded conversion projects in Eastern European countries. In 1994 he joined Lufthansa Consulting. After being appointed Head of Human Resources Consulting in 1996 he was responsible for the international HR projects of the company in all major fields of the HR discipline: Recruiting, Remuneration, Performance Management Systems, Personnel- and Management Development
In 1998 he joined Volkswagen Coaching GmbH - the training and development subsidiary of Volkswagen AG - as Head of Management Development and – Training and now is taking a position of the Board member human recourses, Volkswagen Slovakia.
