Strengthening cooperation between BMDA member’s institutions
On April 4th, 2018 Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, President of BMDA and Dean of AGS, conducted Master class session on Change management for the Succession leadership group of National bank of Ukraine in the historical building of the bank in the center of Kiev.
This Master class opened a new leadership program for Ukrainian National Bank, designed and launched by the Institutional Partner of AGS - MIM Kiev. This is already the second such program for Ukrainian National Bank, where AGS actively participate, as educational partner of MIM, covering Change management part, using Adizes Organizational transformation methodology. MIM Kiev is the leading Business School in Ukraine, offering various programs for the Executive sector in various fields of industry.
Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas also received the personal lecturing award from Ukrainian national bank for provided highest level change management expertise as well as for excellent lecturing skills, demonstrated during the training of managers of the Bank.
