Success of the Training "Adizes Theory and Practice for the Best Business Schools"
On November 7-9, 2013 Adizes Graduate School (USA) in cooperation with BMDA as well as two other BMDA member associations - CEEMAN and RABE – successfully launched the Training “Adizes Theory and Practice for the Best Business Schools” dedicated to professors from various universities and business schools. The training took place in Istanbul, Turkey! The perfect environment for the training and attention to participants was guaranteed by the Host Institution of the Training – Executive Development Unit of SABANCI University.
Based on the feedback from the participants, the Training, which gathered participants from 13 countries was the great success! It also opened a new page in the history of Adizes Graduate School (AGS) - the 1st global faculty members training have been conducted!
During these three days participants learned a lot from Dr. Ichak Adizes, founder of methodology and Chair of AGS, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, Dean of AGS and Dr. Nir Ben Lavi, AGS trainer, as well as from each other. They shared their experiences, created a new alliances and built a strong professional network for further collaboration. They also received 3 books of Dr. Ichak Adizes “Mastering Change”, “Managing Corporate Lifecycles” and “Management/Mismanagement Styles”, syllabuses of Adizes courses as well as other important tools for their further use.
This Training will follow further with online colloquiums for participants, as well as possibility to become the professional lecturers on behalf of AGS in their own institutions!
As this event attracted the attention of the participants from all around the World, the similar training has been planned already for the year 2014.
