President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA) Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas delivered 3 days training on Adizes methodology.
The training was aimed towards the needs of the group of Executives from various corporations, non-for profit organizations and higher education institutions in Kazan and neighboring areas.
The participants learned how, using Adizes Organizational transformation methodology, it is possible to manage their organizations more effectively and efficiently in fast changing environment.
