REGISTRATION FEES DO NOT COVER VAT. If applicable, VAT will be added to the registration fee. Registration fees cover attendance at the meeting, conference materials, refreshments, coffee breaks, networking wine and snacks, welcome reception, Gala dinner. REGISTRATION FEES DO NOT COVER HOTEL ACCOMMODATION.

CANCELATIONS

If unexpectedly you became unable to attend the event, please note that due to some organizational aspects, we will be able to refund only the cancellations received in written before 1st May, 2014 (a small administration fee of 10% will be charged). Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any cancellations beyond 1st May. However, you are always welcome to send a replacement, but please let us know in advance.
