The 11th Annual BMDA Conference

Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) is inviting you to the 11th Annual BMDA Conference “The Role of Management Empowering Innovations and Creativity”, which will take place in Kaunas (Lithuania) on May 9-10, 2013.

The Conference will be hosted by Kaunas University of Technology and going to bring together the representatives of international management education community as well as representatives of corporate world from Baltic Sea region and beyond.

During the Conference the experiences of successful and innovative organizations in the Baltic Sea region will be shared and the opportunities to use their learned lessons will be discussed. Those experiences will be analyzed during the short visits to those companies during the second day of the conference. Also, during the Conference the theoretical and practical assumptions of how the innovations and creativity should be developed within organizations will be discussed by management educators and corporate managers. Usually, BMDA annual conferences gather each year more than 100 participants from around 20 countries.

We would like to pay your attention that following one of BMDA aims – to develop management research – we are launching traditional Research part of the Conference as well. During it you will have a possibility to present your research paper as well as to apply for publishing it in one of the five prestigious management journals of the Conference.

All the Researchers that papers will be selected for the presentation during the Research part of the Conference will get the 200 EUR scholarship for participation in the 11^th Annual BMDA conference.

The best selected papers will be considered for publication (subject to peer review) in one of the journals:

All the Researchers wanting to participate in the Conference should send their abstract until 28 02 2013, the abstract requirements can be found in the “Call for papers”.
